We organised for Clear Minded for Life to visit our preschool and provide some sessions for staff, parents and children. This program provided a range of techniques based on the science of the brain and specifically designed for children, teenagers and adults to aid wellbeing. Together we learned fun and easy techniques to assist in the relaxation of the body and mind:
- To provide ways of coping with anxious moments
- Enhance concentration for learning and other creative pursuits
- use at night time to relax before sleep
- To inspire joy, confidence and love
Our staff will continue to use these techniques with the children to develop skills for resilience and relaxation.
