My Philosophy
I believe all children need to feel welcome, safe and secure in their pre- school environment, to develop meaningful relationships with their peers and educators. I believe that all children are capable and curious and have their own style of learning, interests, strengths and potential.
I believe all children will learn best through a play based environment that encourages exploration, loose parts and messy play. This belief comes from the Malaguzzi’s theory of the Reggio Emilia approach and reflect the children’s lives and their interests.
As Albert Einstein states ‘Play is the highest form of research.’
