Child safety is embedded in our daily program and highlighted throughout Child Protection week.
During this week children discussed and practiced ways to keep safe, listening to our bodies, talking about emotions, and the right to personal boundaries. These skills are fundamental to children feeling confident and empowered to share their thoughts and feelings with others for their personal safety.
This aligns with the Child Safe Standard 2:
Children participate in decisions affecting them and are taken seriously
