My Philosophy

As an Early Childhood Teacher I view myself as a life long learner. Each interaction with every child deepens my experience, understanding and practice as a teacher. Continual growth is influenced by current research and reflection.
I am committed to being present, caring and genuine in interactions with children and families and aim to always be responsive to children’s needs and interests. I aim to give children opportunities to develop dispositions such as resilience, kindness, creativity and curiosity through experiences that foster a love of learning.
